Crummybunny.com offers customers several credit card payment options. At this time, we accept the following US issued credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order, and in the event that any problems arise.
Crummybunny.com is very aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of credit card fraud. Don't try it here! Your browser and the Crummybunny.com secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your purchase from Crummybunny.com, simply notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Pay by Paypal
To pay with PAYPAL, place your order online and click either Proceed to Checkout (US based customers) or International Checkout (all international customers). You will then be directed to the PAYPAL WEBSITE to log in to your account and complete the order. Default prices on website are shown in US dollars. Please use our currency converter (click the globe icon that says Change Currency on the top right of the page) to estimate the total balance due in your local currency. All payments must be made in US dollars.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers who pay via PAYPAL will have the funds immediately deducted from their account. You may request a refund while you wait for the item to become available, but this may cause delays because we will need to request the funds again once the item is in stock and ready to ship. Please contact us promptly if you would like to have the payment refunded and then re-submit once your items are available.
Effective immediately, all international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. This policy is in place to ensure correct delivery and to protect our customers from fraud.
Pay by Google Checkout
If your order is eligible to be placed through GOOGLE CHECKOUT, the Google Checkout button will display below our "Proceed to Checkout" button in the Shopping Basket.
If you do not have a Google account already, you will have an opportunity to create one. Once signed in, you should see the Crummy Bunny items you have selected to purchase. After you place your order, Google will handle all communication regarding your order status. However, if at any time you have questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.
Pay by Money Order
To pay with a money order, please print out and use our MAIL ORDER FORM. We cannot reserve items prior to receiving payment, so your order will not be placed until you have mailed or faxed in our Mail Order Form.

Some of our apparel and accessories may be noted as FINAL SALE. We update our website every evening so it correctly reflects the availability of our apparel and accessories, however, inventory levels fluctuate throughout the day. We will contact you via phone and email if we receive your order and it contains one or more items that will be delayed or are unavailable. Items marked as final sale have been drastically reduced in price, and as such are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the apparel and accessories for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you.
If your product ARRIVES damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of receipt to review the return/exchange options available to you.
If your product BECOMES damaged past the 5 day deadline, you will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.

Shipping & Billing Info
Enter your shipping information on the Shipping page.
Select your shipping method, and enter a phone number we can call to confirm your order.
Choose your payment type and enter your credit card information.
If the billing address on the credit card is different than the address you are shipping to, enter that information.
If you are paying with PayPal, you will receive an invoice within two business days.
Once we confirm that the invoice is paid, your order will be shipped out.
Enter your email address if you would like a confirmation email and tracking information.
If you have a coupon or gift certificate, enter that in the coupon field and click Apply.
If you have any special instructions or comments, enter them in the comments field.
Finally, review all the information you've entered so far on the Review page.
When you're satisfied that everything is correct, click "Proceed to Order Review".
Your order is now complete, and a confirmation number will appear on the page as momentarily.

All orders require 24 to 48 hours to be processed. This allows us time to verify billing and shipping information, and pull and inspect all items. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you within 48 hours and advise you of when we expect to ship it to you.
Since Crummybunny.com is based in California, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in California. For customers residing in states other than California, please be aware that the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet purchases. While it is not the responsibility of Crummybunny.com to charge or collect this "use" tax, we're alerting our customers to this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information, we suggest that you directly contact the tax authorities for your state.
We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, with about 94% of all orders shipped and delivered on time. Most items are normally shipped within 48 hours, assuming availability, for orders placed before 12pm PST and paid with credit card without complication. Some delays, however, may occur. The following list of the top reasons for these delays is provided to help customers to understand the process and avoid delays. Please email us if you have any questions or suggestions.
Credit card not authorized: When the billing address and zip code do not match what the bank has on file, we first call the customer to verify the correct address. On occasion we'll contact your bank to provide us with address verification. A declined credit card can be another delay, but feel confident that an Crummy Bunny customer service representative will be in contact with you to quickly resolve any order issues.
Billing address different from shipping address: The billing address must be the address the bank has on file. Sometimes a copy of picture ID is required. We take online fraud and identity theft very seriously. Please understand that order delays are most often caused by activities on our part that safeguard you from possible fraud.
Incorrect shipping address and/or zip code: FedEx and USPS will return packages if they are unable to locate an address, which causes us to have to re-send. Please know that we do everything we can to minimize this issue by calling customers to verify if an address or zip code seems problematic. However it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of all billing and shipping information, and to take the time to look over your order. An email confirmation of your information can go a long way towards speeding up your order.
Incorrect shipping method chosen: Please take a moment to read the restrictions on the shipping method you have chosen. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. If the incorrect shipping method is chosen, we will contact you before shipping, which may result in a delay.
No one is home to accept package: FedEx and USPS will often require signature upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted a maximum of three times before being sent back to the shipper. All orders can be tracked on the USPS.COM WEBSITE or FEDEX.COM WEBSITE.
Holiday Delays: USPS and FedEx do not guarantee any shipment time frames during the winter holiday season. Make your gift purchases and arrangements early and avoid the holiday rush!
Back-Order or Reserve Now Items: We will contact you if you have ordered a back-order or reserve now item, and provide an expected arrival time. Most of these items are listed as such on our site, so take the time to check and make sure that the item shows as available if you need it in a hurry!
Orders placed during non-business hours: We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Orders placed during the evening, over the weekend, and/or on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
US based customers may choose free 10 day shipping with orders of $75 or more. Other options include 7 day shipping ($6.50), 3-5 day shipping ($8.95), and expedited FedEx shipping ($24.95 for 2 day, $37 for overnight delivery, NO FEDEX SATURDAY DELIVERY). For more information please CLICK HERE.
Canada based customers can choose free 14 business day shipping with orders of $75 or more. Other options include 14 business day shipping with no minimum purchase ($8.50), and expedited 5 business day shipping ($34.99). All other international customers can choose free 21 business day shipping with orders of $100 or more, business day shipping with no minimum purchase ($13.70), or expedited 7 business day shipping ($42.99). You will receive an email confirming that the order has shipped once it is picked up by USPS or FedEx. The email will include a tracking number that you can input at their website for tracking information. Please note that some shipping options provide only limited tracking information. Please enter your tracking/shipment number at either the USPS.COM WEBSITE or FEDEX.COM WEBSITE for details on your delivery.
International shipments will be sent out via the US Postal Service and then turned over to your countrys local postal service (ex: Canada Post, Royal Mail). Once your local postal service has collected the package from customs we may have a difficult time tracking it due to the languages and hours of operation common in your country. As such we may provide you with whatever tracking information we have access to, and request that you follow up with your postal service to locate the package if it is lost or delayed.
Once a package has been shipped out per your order specifications, it is literally out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the postal service that you selected. Please note that this may include FedEx, USPS, or the postal service for the country that the package is being delivered to. If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance! We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed. This will require:
Customer must complete and return (via postal mail, fax, or scanned email) a signed affidavit of non-receipt (MANDATORY for all orders in which a replacement or refund is requested because the customer noted that the package was never received).
By signing the aforementioned affidavit, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package - and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued.
Crummy Bunny requires this form for our own protection, and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim.
PLEASE NOTE: Postal fraud is a serious crime and Crummy Bunny is obligated to provide appropriate documentation when filing claims of packages that were not delivered as planned. Because we will provide a free replacement or refund upon receipt of this signed document, it is absolutely required in order to proceed. Please do NOT expect a replacement or refund if you are not willing and able to complete the required documentation.
Delivery time frames include business days only (Monday-Friday).
Business days do not include weekends, U.S. national holidays, and/or any national holidays in the country the package is being delivered to.
Your delivery may require a signature upon receipt.
International deliveries may be subject to customs fees or tariffs that we cannot predict in advance.
International orders must have the same billing and shipping address information.
FedEx packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, so please use a valid street address if you opt for expedited FedEx shipping.
FedEx orders must be placed prior to 12pm, PST to ensure same day shipment. In addition, all items must be in stock and the payment must go through with no complications. Otherwise, your FedEx package may not ship out or arrive within the requested time frame.
Crummy Bunny will make every effort to contact customers with order issues that may cause delay, however, we request that you check these details in advance to ensure smooth shopping.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Sometimes the postal service and/or express delivery services have delays that we cannot estimate. This is particularly true of weather issues that may prohibit USPS, FedEx, or the postal service in your country from delivering packages as scheduled.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted. Items noted as Special Order must be sent back within 5 days of receipt. Final Sale and/or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional exchange or re-stocking fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receipt.

Repack the item in the original packing materials (postal box, packing peanuts, etc) and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. PLEASE NOTE: premium gift boxes ($5.99 each) are final sale items that may NOT be returned. Please do not include them in your return/exchange package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. This is particularly true for wedding ring sets (you must return both/all rings from the set, or we cannot accept your return or exchange request), and product sets.
Complete the Return/Exchange form that is provided with your package. If you need an additional copy, it can be acquired by CLICKING HERE. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your request promptly. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.

Special order items, product items that cost $200 or more, and certain couture cocktail rings are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns and exchanges are processed in the order that they are received, within 15 business days.
